[RND] After I select the vehicle for portable Controller Update, the screen has white screen and shows "Permission denied"

Symptome: After I select the vehicle for portable Controller Update, the screen has white screen and shows "Permission denied"

Solution: 

You have to allow the relavant app's authority. 

Follow the instruction as below. 

1. Tap setting at the bottom.

2.  A relavant App will be open. please tab "Permissions".

3. Check "Not Allowed" list and tab on it.

4. Mark "Allow".

5. Go To the GDS and try again.
