Solution:

Contact HME or KEU:
- If your vehicle is a Hyundai, contact Hyundai Motor Europe (HME).
- If your vehicle is a Kia, contact KIA European Union (KEU).
- Provide necessary vehicle information and purchase details to resolve the registration issue.

Check OTA Version and Update:
- Once the purchase information is registered, verify the OTA version of your vehicle.
- If the OTA version is not up-to-date or a cached version exists, perform an "OTA Initialization".

To find the "OTA Initialization" feature:
- Go to "S/W Management".
- Search for "OTA" in the search box.
