'NO ROM ID data' message occurs during event setup.

Symptom : A message occurs 'NO ROM ID data' during event setup using Smart Dlogger program.

Cause : The symptom happens when ROM ID, read by Auto mode or written by Manual mode, is not existed on the service information server.

Solution : You need to contact your HMC/KMC representative to request an A2L file upload that matches ROM ID. When setting up an event, the file must be downloaded from the server to create an event file (.EVT, config.dat) in Smart Dlogger program.
