In the following diagnostic applications, certain items under Electric Vehicle Charging System Inspection(VCMS) will be temporarily unavailable due to logic improvement. 

The issue is expected to be resolved through an internet update within July. Please refer to the upcoming internet update notice for further details.

Please take this into consideration when performing EV vehicle inspections, as these items may not function properly.

  1. Partial VIN Search (6 Digits or Less) Unavailable

    • Searching with fewer than 6 VIN characters may result in no response. If this occurs, a toast notification will be displayed to inform you as shown below.

  2. Vehicle Production Information Unavailable

    • When accessing functions that require ECU selection (such as FCS, Sensor Data, etc.), the system will not be able to retrieve production information based on the connected vehicle's VIN.
      ※Functions are availble but Production information is not activated. 

    • A toast notification will appear to indicate the issue as shown below.
