Dear Customers,
To ensure stable operation of our products, updating to Android 15 is strictly prohibited.
We have identified compatibility issues between Android 15 and our diagnostic application, which may cause malfunctions in diagnostic functions and core services.
In particular, devices upgraded to Android 15 cannot use the ‘Internet Update’ function properly.
This prevents users from updating software and data, so please take caution.
Please note that Android 15 is currently under compatibility verification with our diagnostic app, and the completion timeline is not yet determined.
Once compatibility has been confirmed and Android 15 is supported, we will provide a separate notice with further instructions.

🔍 What's the Issue?
When updating Smart Launcher to version 1.256, a message appears instructing the user to relaunch Smart Launcher after the update. However, this message is incorrect.
If you relaunch Smart Launcher after the update:
-
It may trigger the user authentication process, and
-
It may reinstall the diagnostic app to its initial version, undoing the update.
⚠️ This can cause a rollback to the intial version of the diagnostic app.
If this happens, you will need to download and reinstall the latest version via Internet Update, which may take additional time and network resources.
Please be extra careful not to relaunch Smart Launcher after the update.
✅ What You Should Do Instead
Until the app is fixed:
- Install the latest Smart Launcher, and
-
Do NOT relaunch Smart Launcher after the update.
-
Instead, launch the Diagnostic App directly to complete the update process again.
If the update server connection fails, please reset the server settings:
Configuration → Server → [Reset] → [Save]Additional Resource - (WSO) 'Failed to connect to update server'' error message occurs.
We are currently working on fixing this issue in the app.
An updated version will be released soon to correct the misleading message.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
