* US4 Event Not Displayed

(1) Symptoms

FR_CMR, ESC target vehicle, but the corresponding event is not displayed

(2) Cause:
The corresponding event exists in the DB, but the diagnostic device confirmed that the event is not displayed. It is expected to be filtered due to lack of authorization.

(3) Solution

Need to obtain agency authorization through GSW
