Vehicle Model PU, Transmitter Code Saving Compatibility

The Transmitter Code Saving function for PU uses a protocol that is not supported by VCI2.

During VCI3 development, we initially set the protocol support range to match VCI2.
However, due to high field usage, we made additional updates, and VCI3 now supports this protocol.

So, for PU keyless coding communication, please use VCI or VCI III.
