Dear Kia Family,
Thank you for your continued cooperation in actively supporting our diagnostic solutions and service operations.
From April 28 to August 31, 2025, we conducted a KDS usage satisfaction survey over approximately four months, targeting global service technicians.
This survey was carried out to gather feedback on diagnostic functions, VCI modules, DTC guides, and technical information integration, with the aim of improving the quality of our products and services in the future.
■ Key Feedback and Areas for Improvement
The survey identified the following common areas for improvement.

Beyond the improvements listed above, we will continue validating and refining diagnostic guide content and its connectivity.
■ Future Improvement Plan
Based on the survey results, we will continue to drive improvements throughout the first quarter of 2026 in the following directions.

- Strengthening usage guides and new feature instructions for technicians
- Operation of a continuous feedback collection system for global technicians
