Can not update renewal Smart Dlogger. – FAQ

Symptom : Can not update renewal Smart Dlogger.

If the shows program as Off-line and shows v4.0.0.0, it may not be updated itself.

Cause : In Smart DLogger v4.0.0.0, the timeout for the 'internet connection attempt' operation was set short.

Solution :

1) Please downloadt the attachment, and extract the zip file on the background.

2) Please run DLogger_ForceUpdater.exe

3) Commnad window will pop-up, and Dlogger update will be started.

Note that if Dlogger version is higher than 4.0.1.1, this won't execute.

Then, please just run SmartDLogger program to make the program as the latest.
