Symptom

During ECU Upgrade, error code 4900-01-0000 occurs.

Cause

This error code indicates a pre-procedure failure and occurs due to Ethernet socket connection failure.

How to Resolve

Please check and address the following items sequentially, then try again.

1. Check Ethernet Socket Connection Status

• Check the physical connection status of cables and equipment for the Ethernet connection.

2. Update Google Play System to the Latest Version

• Verify that the tablet's Google Play system update is up to date, and update it to the latest version.
