I was getting the message, "File: C:\gvci\bin\NIE.exe" during DVD installation.

Symptom

The error appears during installing as below.

Solution

Antivirus program on the PC is blocked to install the data(NIE.exe) on GDS DVD.
In this case,
   1. Restart PC.
   2. Disable anti-virus program on the PC.
   3. Install GDS DVD.
