Inspection Result Transmission to Server Failed and Stalling at 74% with Code 912

This document addresses inspection result transmission failures, stalling at 74% and error codes, missing warranty payments, and master data not changing after an app update. It applies to all vehicle models.

Check Final Submission and Batch Transmission of Inspection Results

The inspection has been completed, but the results cannot be found on the server portal and remain as Local Saved on the tablet, or warranty payments are missing.

[Local Save / Temporary Save] is a function for temporary storage on the tablet.

  1. Check final submission via [Save to Server] and batch transmission via [Data Upload].
  2. To transmit to the server, you must press [Save to Server] or upload unsent records from the [Data Upload] menu on the main screen.

If you press the [Delete(Delete)] button at the end of the inspection, the local data is permanently deleted, so reinspection is required.

Resolve Stalling at 74% and Error Code 912

The result upload stalls at 74%, and "Error Code 912 (Invalid Field Data)" occurs.

Code 912 occurs if [Starting Miles(Starting Mileage)] on the inspection sheet (page 7) is blank or special characters are entered in the RO number/mileage.

  1. Check the starting mileage[Starting Miles] and RO number.
  2. Enter the numbers correctly, then retransmit.

Check Warranty Claim Attachments

Videos (.mp4) are not supported for warranty claims (Warranty Claim). The warranty system receives only image (photo) files and does not receive video files.

Resolve Corruption of Attachments Left Unsent for an Extended Period and Code 1093

"Error Code 1093" is displayed.

If results are not uploaded for an extended period after the inspection is completed, local temporary attachments are lost, causing Code 1093. Therefore, upload immediately over Wi-Fi right after the inspection.

Code 1093 cannot be recovered from.

  1. Reinstall/reset the app.
  2. Reinspect the vehicle and upload immediately upon completion.

Download Master Data Again After an App Update

The master data (inspection items and wording) does not change after an app update.

If unsent inspection results remain, the master download may be skipped.

  1. Upload all remaining results.
  2. Download the master data again.
