This document provides instructions for resolving Test Drive Code 1015, missing top speed, driving distance, and driving time, and failure to meet TPMS tire pressure requirements. This applies to all vehicle models.

Checks When Test Drive Code 1015 Occurs
The error "There are no Test Drive items (Code: 1015)" or "Failed to read 5 times - Code 1015" occurs when entering the test drive inspection.
- Please restart the app when changing vehicles. When performing consecutive inspections with 1 VCI, the previous vehicle's test drive inspection cache may remain, so please completely close and relaunch the app.
- Please check the vehicle conditions for the test drive inspection. Please enter with the vehicle started (Engine ON / EV READY) and all doors, the trunk, and the hood closed.
- Please update to the latest app and diagnostic master DB. Please apply the latest app version and diagnostic DB updates over Wi-Fi.
-
If the automatic inspection and test drive inspection are performed on different tablets, "There are no Test Drive items" may occur due to a local DB index mismatch.
Please continue the inspection on the same tablet.
Preventing Missing Top Speed and Distance While Driving
Even though the vehicle was driven at or above the required speed, the top speed (Top Speed) is recorded as low on the results screen, or the driving distance is missing and shown as 0.
If the tablet screen turns off or battery power saving mode activates while driving, Bluetooth data collection is temporarily suspended.
- Please set the tablet's [Settings] > [Display] > [Screen timeout] to 10 min or longer.
- Please disable power saving mode and register the app as excluded from battery optimization.
Resolving Missing Top Speed or Driving Time Records
The test drive inspection time is recorded as less than 1 min, or the top speed is blank.
If [Confirm] is not pressed in the confirmation window when starting the test drive inspection, the timer and top speed are not recorded.
- Please perform it again, completing all guidance steps.
Conditions for Automatic TPMS Tire Pressure Acquisition and Reference Pressure
After the test drive inspection, the TPMS tire pressure value is 0 (not received), or failure to meet requirements (NG) occurs at 38~39 psi.
The reference pressure is 28.0 ~ 37.0 psi.
- For no reception (0 psi), the vehicle must be driven continuously at 30km/h or higher for 10 min or longer for TPMS sensor Wake-up.
- For overpressure NG (38~39 psi), the allowable tire pressure range is 28.0 ~ 37.0 psi, so please reduce the pressure of tires inflated to high pressure for shipping to approximately 35 psi before completion.
