Crashes on New 64-bit Tablets — Clear App Data and Cache
“On new 64-bit tablets (Galaxy Tab S10, Active 4 Pro, Active 5), the app immediately closes unexpectedly (Crash) when starting Auto Check for CPO or vehicles with mileage exceeding 100km.”
This occurs because an older 32-bit security library remains on tablets updated from an older version and conflicts with the 64-bit OS.
- On the tablet, go to [Settings] > [Apps] > [PDI App] > [Storage] and perform [Clear data] and [Clear cache].
- Please log in again. Logging in again downloads the latest 64-bit library anew.
Mass NG Results for Vehicles with Mileage Exceeding 100km — Update to the Latest SHA-2 App
“When running Auto Check on vehicles with mileage exceeding 100km, all 20~33 items fail with NG results at once.”
When vehicle mileage exceeds 100km, vehicle controller security is automatically activated.
If 20 or more items show NG simultaneously, this is not a component failure, so do not replace components.
- Please update to the latest PDI app and library while connected to the internet.
Crashes Immediately upon Launch on Older Devices — Manual APK Installation via the Web Portal
“On older tablets (Android 10~11, SM-T540, etc.), the app closes immediately upon launch, making updates impossible.”
- In the upper-right menu of the tablet's Chrome browser, uncheck [Desktop site] to switch to mobile view mode.
- Access the resources section of the PDI web portal, download the latest APK directly, and install it manually.
Black Camera Screen — Permission Settings
“The camera screen is displayed in black (Black Screen).”
- In the tablet's app permission settings, allow both [Camera(Camera)] and [Microphone(Audio)] permissions.
